Irrigation Design: While repairs are a major part of what we do, we also provide an in house design service. Jim is also a Certified Irrigation Designer with over 25 years of experience in Residential ,Commercial, and HOA systems. A quality system starts with a quality design. A little thought up front goes a long way in determining which equipment is best suited for your property and your budget. You spent the money to have a landscape designed for your property, why not do the same for your irrigation system as well? We only specify Hunter, and Rain Bird quality products and stand behind their performance.

Design rates are based on the size of your project, and include the following :

• Initial phone consultation to discuss the extent of the project
• Computerized Irrigation Design showing all zones, mainline and lateral pipe sizing, sprinklers and nozzle sizes, and routing of all piping
• Complete list of recommended materials
• List of suppliers in your area
• Installation details of all major components
• Recommended watering schedule for all zones
• Technical suppport before during and after completion of project. ( via phone or email)

Please provide a scaled drawing or a drawing with measurements of property showing areas that need to be watered.

Note: Google Maps has aerial photos of most properties in metro areas showing on site details such as driveways, sidewalks, etc. This can be used as a template. Drawings can be emailed or mailed. All drawings will be returned along with 2 copies of design and all documents mentioned previously.

A non refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to begin project. Upon receipt of all information, an estimate will be provided before any work begins.

This should be done when there is no other water running in the house. i.e laundry, showers, etc. This info is also available from your local water provider.
